The Social Security Act and Revenue Code set out the requirements for the monthly payroll records required for companies with employees in Thailand.

A company with employees in Thailand are required to submit monthly social security forms & payments to the Social Security Office (SSO) at the end of each month.  

A company with employees in Thailand are also required to submit monthly withholding tax forms & payments to the Revenue Department at the end of each month.
