Background - Amend Company Address

A resolution from a shareholders meetings is required to amend the address of a Thai company.

Generally, 7 days notice is required to hold a shareholders meeting.

After the shareholder resolves to amend the address of the Thai company, then an application must be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) within 14 days after the resolution.  

The MOC will then issue an updated company affidavit evidencing amending the company address.
