Personal Tax ID


A personal tax ID number is required in Thailand for within 60 days after an individuals receives income.  A personal tax ID number is also required  in order to file personal tax returns with the Revenue Department.  

To obtain a personal tax ID number, an application form must be submitted to the Revenue Department.  The application must be supported by the following documents:

  • Signed copy of passport.
  • House registration book or letter of residency.
