A resolution from a shareholders meetings is required to add or remove a director from a Thai company.

Generally, 7 days notice is required to hold a shareholders meeting. 

After the shareholder resolves to add or remove a director, then an application must be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) within 14 days after the resolution.  

The MOC will then issue an updated company affidavit evidencing the addition or removal of the director.
