Police Certificate

If you have resided in Thailand for more than 6 months or more in the past, you may require a police certificate at some point in the future.

A Thailand police certificate states that you had no criminal record during the time you resided in Thailand.

Usually a Thailand police certificate is required for immigration applications made to Western countries such as the United States, Canada, etc.

To obtain a Thailand police certificate, an application form, POA and supporting documents must be submitted to the Thai Police Clearance Service Center.
