Background - Company Payroll

The Social Security Act and Revenue Code set out the requirements for the monthly payroll records required for companies with employees in Thailand.

A company with employees in Thailand are required to submit monthly social security forms & payments to the Social Security Office (SSO) at the end of each month.  

A company with employees in Thailand are also required to submit monthly withholding tax forms & payments to the Revenue Department at the end of each month.

• Register employees with SSO.
• Calculate withholding tax for employees.
• Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax return form (PND1).
• Prepare monthly payroll slip for employees.
• Prepare withholding tax certificates for employees.
• Prepare and submit annual summary of withholding tax return form (PND1 Gor).
• Correspondence by email, telephone and in person meetings when necessary.
