Background - Personal Tax ID Number

A personal tax ID number is required in Thailand for within 60 days after an individuals receives income.  A personal tax ID number is also required  in order to file personal tax returns with the Revenue Department.  

To obtain a personal tax ID number, an application form and supporting documents must be submitted to the Revenue Department.
